General Public Classes are available to individuals and groups interested in developing and maintaining healthy living conditions.

a) Our General Public classes are designed to help individuals of ages 30 and up.

b) Focus is to get in shape, lose weight, or just improve overall health and wellness.

c) True strength is about balance. You’ll spend most of your time working up toheavy weights.

d) We’ll keep things well-rounded with cardio, speed and agility, and isometric moves.

General Public Classes are free to schedule around the scheduled blocked classes on the calendar below for Senior Fitness including evening sessions.
