Group Personal Training

a) Group personal training may include your family and friends for a fraction of the costof individual personal training.

b) Training will include:

i) Bootcamp

ii) High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with a focus on weight loss overall strength, stability, sports performance.

iii) Use various types of equipment medicine balls, Dumbbells resistance bands.

c) Includes nutrition coaching, healthy recipes, meal plans, and more.
