Classes are reserved for senior citizens registered with the city of San Antonio, Texas’s Department of Human Services.

a) Our Senior Fitness class are designed to help our seniors improve their strength,cardiovascular system, balance and mobility, and cognitive function.

b) We do thisby way of music from the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and lots of fun.

c) Our classes include chair yoga, stretching, low impact cardio, low impact bootcamp, strength andtoning, and dance.

All Senior Citizen classes are scheduled by the city of San Antonio, Texas’s Department of Human Servicesand placed on the calendar by the city. All dates and times are not movable. Other class planning times are to be scheduled around those dates. The website calendar must accommodate planning around the fixed dates.
